1. Personal Training

60-Minute One-to-One Coaching

Personal training sessions designed around your individual goals. Together, we work on strength, fitness, mobility, and balance, with a strong focus on technique, safety, and enjoyment of movement.

2. Virtual Training

Online Training & Remote Coaching

Do you live outside The Hague area or are you looking for more flexibility? Then online coaching may be the perfect solution.

Through live online sessions, I support you with movement, lifestyle, and healthy habits. You will also receive practical guidance and exercises tailored to your goals and situation. No more endless searching for workout videos online. Together, we'll create a clear plan that helps you stay motivated, consistent, and moving towards your goals.

3. Nutrition-assessment

Gain valuable insight into your eating habits and discover how nutrition can support your energy, health, and wellbeing.

Using a food diary, we analyse your current habits and identify practical improvements that fit your lifestyle and goals. We look at factors such as meal timing, energy balance, protein intake, and opportunities for improvement.

Over a 3-month period, you'll receive personalised guidance and realistic advice that is easy to maintain.

During the Lifestyle Assessment, we take a closer look at your current lifestyle and identify opportunities to improve your health, energy, and overall wellbeing.
