Katelène Flow: Unique yoga-ballet experience 

Alongside personal coaching, I co-create Katelène Flow together with Katelijn Lindeijer.

Katelène Flow is a graceful full-body workout where ballet-inspired movement, yoga, strength, mobility, and mindfulness come together in one continuous flow. Guided by beautiful classical music, each session invites you to move with intention, reconnect with your body, and experience the power of movement.
