It all started with two friends and one shared purpose:

To connect—with your body, your mind, and each other.

Together, Katelijn and Arlène created Katelène. Our shared passion for dance, yoga, movement, inner strength, and beautiful music inspired us to create the Katelène Flow.

Katelène Flow is a unique ballet-inspired yoga experience where strength, mobility, balance, and confidence come together in one continuous flow of movement.

No dance or yoga experience is needed. Katelène Flow is open to anyone who is curious about movement and ready to explore their body in a new way.

Whether you're looking to feel stronger, move more freely, reconnect with yourself, or simply enjoy an hour dedicated to you, you'll find a welcoming space within our community.

Katelène Flow is for everyone. No dance or yoga experience is needed. We guide you through the flow, step by step. There is no pressure to perform or be perfect. The focus is on movement, breath, and strengthening the connection between body and mind.

Many participants feel stronger, more balanced, and more flexible after just a few classes. We invite you to discover our unique ballet-inspired yoga flow during our Friday or Sunday classes.

Friday Katelène Flow, weekly from 9:00 - 10:00

Our weekly Friday Flow is a continuous 60-minute class where yoga and ballet come together in a unique and flowing experience. Challenge yourself, move to beautiful classical music, and discover the power of movement.

Every Friday morning from 9:00–10:00 AM, including during school holidays.

  • Improving mobility and balance
  • Building strength and core stability
  • Increasing energy and breath awareness

Rates per 1/1/2026

  • Single class: €17.50
  • Package: 10 classes + 1 free for €175. Valid for 4 months from the date of purchase.

Sunday Katelène Flow, 1x per month from 10:15 - 11:45

Our Sunday Flow is a 90-minute full-body experience where dance, power yoga, and stretching come together in one continuous flow, set to beautiful music. Enjoy personal attention, the energy of moving together, and the power of movement. Join as an extra workout to your regular exercise routine or simply come and experience Katelène Flow for yourself.

The Class Includes

  • 45 minutes of Dance Flow • 30 minutes of Power Yoga
  • 15 minutes of Stretching
  • 2 qualified instructors

Wie zijn Wij

Katelijn Lindeijer is a professionally trained dancer and teacher. With over 20 years of experience, she works with a wide variety of groups and also provides one-to-one coaching. Her holistic approach focuses on creating a deeper connection with the body through movement and awareness.

Arlène Pouw is a Medical Personal Trainer with a passion for Pilates, yoga, and healthy living. She creates personalised training programmes designed to support and strengthen both physical and mental wellbeing.
